When we booked our tour Rome, we already expected an experienced tour guide. Max, of Italy Rome Tours, was an unanticipated pleasure. He was knowledgeable, kind, well-spoken, and enthusiastic. Above all, he had the gift of being able to show his beloved city to you as if he were showing it to his best friend for the first time. He is exceptional.
