The 3 most famous places are very beautiful, however we feel you must be advised that you may feel rushed and left yearning for more time in each location. We always suggest that you focus on your preferred interests as you select a tour, so if you MUST see all 3, heed this warning and enjoy. You will start this unforgettable day tour at your location in Naples ( Hotel or B&B ) where your private guide will wait for you and assist you with purchasing your hydrofoil tickets (additional cost). You will board the hydrofoil to the world famous island at 7:55 AM, for this reason it is very important to meet up at 7:15 AM!

The first part of this tour is with a private, local, English-speaking guide with whom you will take a hydrofoil from Naples port to Capri (50 minutes) for a walking tour of Capri. Then together with your guide you will take the hydrofoil from Capri to Sorrento (30 minutes). 

This tour does not include the price of the hydrofoils or transportation on the island of Capri. Your English-speaking driver will pick you up in Sorrento and the second half of the day will be by private vehicle.

The hydrofoil price will be approximately 22€ per person, each way. The cost of a one-way ticket on the funicular in 1.80€ per person.

When you disembark the hydrofoil, your time on this magical island will begin.

Your private guide will take you on the funicular up to Capri Town and La Piazzetta, lined with wonderful new and old buildings, sidewalk cafes, and of course shops! Together with your private guide you will then visit “The Gardens of Augustus” and enjoy the magnificent scenary over the Faraglioni rocks.

Although you will not want to leave Capri, your guide will inform you when it is time to depart in order to continue along on your day trip with visits to Sorrento and Pompeii.

Upon disembarking the hydrofoil from Capri to Sorrento (additional cost), one of our drivers will be waiting for you and will take you up to the town of Sorrento where he will suggest the best restaurant in the area for lunch in order for you to enjoy the local cuisine.

After lunch, together with your driver and guide, you will continue on to Pompeii where you will be led on a fascinating private two-hour tour through this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Once a thriving empire, the city of Pompeii had about 30,000 inhabitants in 79 AD, when it was completely covered in 30 feet of volcanic ashes by the deadly eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Listen to your guide as he/she shares with you the history of the city while you take in sights such as the baths, villas, theaters and wrestling grounds.

At the end of the guided tour, your driver will pick you up at the exit of the ruins and together you will drive to your accommodation in Naples where your adventurous day tour will end.
