- Massimliamo Parini ( Max ) is a full licensed car service (license n. 2 issued by the Municipality of Furci (Ch – Italy), in accordance with the Italian Law n. 21/1992, art. 1 and 3, as enforceable pursuant EU Law, and provides such kind of service.
- In accordance with Lazio’s Regional Law n. 50/1985 and therefore can provide services as indicated in art. 2 and 3, Lazio’s Regional Law n. 50/1985.
Please, note that the offered services is a car service pursuant art. 1 and 3, Act n. 21/1992 and guide tour services are incidental and ancillary. Therefore in any case car service is always prevailing on the others. Max does not offer nor supply any kind of service as indicated in art. 32 Lazio’s Regional Law n. 13/2007 (see also art. 38 L. 13/2007).
