Welcome to my Blog.

My name is Massimiliano Parini, in art Max Parini for my english speaking friends from all around the world.

I was born in Rome in July 17th 1974 right in downtown not too far from my favorite square in the eternal city, People Sqaure or in Italian PIazza del Popolo. I also lived in other cities, London, Boston, Miami, New York. In my life I have worked in different activities and i’ve been attracted by many interests. My main passions have always been travel, tourism, art, history, sport, and especially my beautiful city, Rome.

I am the owner of Italy Rome Tour and I’ve been working for 13 years as Official Tour Guide in Rome and professional driver in Italy.

This blog was created with the intention of sharing experiences, opinions, feedback, news, for those who know my work as a tour guide and follow me since i’ve started. I want to be with whoever happens by chance in these pages and feels that some of the content presented here may be of interest.

I can ensure you that you will find a lot of good tips in this blog, for example the difference between a tour guide and a driver/guide in Rome or other cities.

I conclude this brief presentation with a warm greeting to all those who made possible the realization of this wonderful project and to all who ask me advice on how and who to contact, when organizing a trip, tours of Rome and the most important cities in Italy.
