Tennis Vacation in Rome

In the morning, the program develops two specific tennis programs, one for adults and one for childrens.

8:30 AM to 9:00 AM – WELCOME – ACTIVATION

Activation is the sequence of gestures and exercises that allow you to reach the psycho-physical state necessary to express yourself at your best during sports. Educating students in the “ritual” of activation is the first step to properly introduce them to competitive sport.

9:00 AM to 10:00 AM – TENNIS – TRAINING SESSION

The morning training session is mainly dedicated to technical-tactical exercises. Particular importance will be given to the service, the response and the movement technique.

8:30 AM to 10:00 AM – FITNESS combine with Tennis Training

By “fitness” we mean the range of activities that cover all aspects of the physical preparation of young tennis players. During the program, sessions of postural gymnastics, specific coordination exercises and speed circuits will alternate.
