Rome Chocolate Festival

A great machine for the grinding of cocoa beans “planted” for four days, from Thursday 11 to Sunday, April 14, 2013, in the Park of Eur Pond, next to the pool of Roses in America avenue in Rome, will be the star of the next edition of the Roma Chocolate 2013.
Every day, in fact, from 10 to 19, led by expert chocolatiers, this dream machine of Choco Moments, will show visitors the event, young and old, all the processing steps that transform simple cocoa beans into fine chocolate products packaged.
The dissemination of the culture of chocolate in this four-day event will help a fascinating journey to discover the origins of this food: with the aid of special panels demonstration, the Choco World Educational, will offer free of charge to visitors a unique overview of Cocoa and its applications.
On Saturday and Sunday of the Pond Roma Chocolate the EUR will enrich other tasty appointments: the expert craftsmen present in over 40 exhibition stands, from 17, show the curious connoisseurs, as the precious ingredients, you come to the realization of a succulent cake Sacher.
Back then the now famous children’s workshop, the Baby Ciok, the Roma Chocolate organizes free, in this edition: from 15 to 17, in fact, younger guests can have fun to make tasty chocolates and delicious pralines, using aprons, caps and tools of the trade.
After the 18 then, for larger, wine tasting and chocolate and those of brandy and chocolate, allow you to discover and enjoy, with only 5 euro, precious and perhaps unusual combinations.

Every day from 10 am to 19 come to visit our chocolate factory, you can attend the live processing of chocolate from cocoa beans roasted to well known tablet. (Free admission)
WORLD EDUCATIONAL
Every day from 10 am to 19 pm, a journey to discover the origins of cocoa. (Free admission)
Saturday and Sunday:
– 15-17 hours BABYCIOK
Workshop for children where younger guests are sure to make chocolates and not only, aprons, hats and tools of the trade. (Free, reservation on arrival)
– 17 hours: CULTURE AND CHOCOLATE, followed by THE BIRTH OF A SACHER (free)
– 18 hours: WINE and CHOCOLATE
Tasting of fine wines to enjoy with a lot of good chocolate (tasting cost € 5.00, reservation on arrival)
– 19 hours: GRAPPA and CHOCOLATE
Tasting grappas to taste with plenty of good chocolate (tasting cost € 5.00, reservation on arrival)
