From tasty patè to more typical but revisited recipes like fresh paccheri “dismantled” amatriciana paccheri or ravioli filled with ricotta and aubergines to perfectly represent its double French-Italian soul. Another superb venue in the old town center of Rome. A bistro with a splendid view located on Villa Medici, the seat of the French Academy in Rome.
