Freisa there is only one: in Piedmont we have a variety of names, from d’Asti that the Tortona hills, from the Langhe and Monferrato to that of Pinerolo. And Freisa di Chieri, well-kept historical center of medieval just beyond the hills of Turin, celebrating on Saturday 20 and Sunday, April 21 the 40th anniversary of Doc “Of Freisa in Freisa” includes tastings for the public and professionals, banks and nurseries growers, as well as tasting delicious local products, among which the rubatà citizens included in the Basket of typical products of the province of Turin, and the sweet cake covered with sugar, confectioners pride of the village.

Created by the owner of Martini & Rossi in the cellars of the eighteenth-century villa that hosted the first factory producing vermouth, collects Roman amphorae and ritual objects dating back thousands of years before Christ, wooden presses and services of nineteenth-century glass, filters and copper stills and wagons for the transport of the barrels. The last section tells the story of vermouth Piedmont.
