Everybody envies us this corner of heaven and everybody should visit it at least once in life. So let yourself go to the call of the mermaid and discover the different stages of our road trip along the gulf of Salerno. Rolling through the Statale Panoramica 163 (called Nastro Azzurro) you will discover its sunny beaches, secrets inlets, bays and gardens full of agrumes.

Vietri sul Mare

We abundantly talked about the marvelous Positano, so let’s start from Vietri sul Mare. The closest to Salerno it presents a deep blue water with dreamy coves, loved so much by every visitor. Our tip: “Due Fratelli” cove, the rock spikes that symbolize the town. A must-see are the artisanal shops where the masters of the hand-painted ceramic will tempt you with their amazing products that will make you fall in love with this pearl of the Tyrrhenian.

Furore

In Furore, the fourth step of our Amalfi Coast road trip, there is the only fjord that you can admire in Italy. In the stretch where sea meets mountains, a little bay was formed to welcome the fishermen coming back from their daily fishing trips. Plus this spot gives magic moments to tourists that will surely appreciate also the MarMeeting, the spectacular high diving worldwide championship from a bridge suspended at 30 meters above the sea level. Can’t miss!
