I rarely write reviews but had to write this one since I feel that sincerity and hard work should never go unrecognized. Last January, my husband and I planned the impossible….we planned a trip to Italy with 4 adults, our two set of parents and an infant! While trying to arrange tours, we came across Max in tripadvisor. He stood out since not only was he prompt with his replies but he also made several suggestions which saved us money. Such honesty was definitely not easy to find. We decided to entrust him with our rome night tour and imperial rome tour. He was very professional in his correspondence. He arrived on time on the night of the tour and had made all the necessary arrangements for us. It was such a relief, since by that time our group had experienced several setbacks with other tour agents. He treated my family like his own and made our 2 days in Rome the most memorable part of our trip. He is well informed, has wonderful presentations on his ipad to supplement his talks and customized our tour so that my parents wouldn’t have to walk for miles or the baby wouldn’t be uncomfortable. Most importantly, his warmth and genuineness made us feel at home in Rome! I’m truly grateful to him for making this one of the best trips for my family. Keep up the good work Max!
