Coppola came to Sicily to shoot several scenes of his celluloid trilogy about the Corleone family. We will take you to the most famous locations: first of all a 18th century villa used in all the three movies: its owner will open us the doors of his house and will take us to the days of the movie making through his memories, bringing back to life both actors and characters, also thanks to the many relics and some video releases (RVM). We continue driving to the village of Savoca, featuring a very beautiful position on the Peloritani mountains, just in front of the coast of Italy. Here we will be able to visit and even to have a quick lunch at the bar F.F.Coppola chose as the background for a very popular scene of The Godfather and, eventually, have a walk to the church of Santa Lucia where the main character, Michael, gets married.
